Upstairs Furnace Room
In order to have even, efficient heating throughout the house, we need to install 2 furnaces: one on each floor. We chose to use the only closet in the house (at the top of the stairs) and turn it into a furnace room. The duct work for the entire upstairs is run in the attic to keep it out of sight.

This is after removing the door, the trim and shelving from inside the room.
As this is the only closet in the house, we decided to take some space from this room and make a closet for the bedroom next door.
Next, a hole was cut in the ceiling for the plenum/duct work
We put in a concrete floor, then installed dry wall and painted
Then we installed the furnace
