Insulation/Electric Rough-In/Mold Abatement

We roughed in the electric wires and boxes, then installed insulation. One day, Wade discovered that due to the milk paint on the walls and air movement, mold was growing under the insulation. So, we had to remove it all, then clean the mold and spray a mold resistant barrier over the paint to prevent further recurrences. Nothing like taking two steps forward and one step back.

Additionally, we cut little troughs in the 1st floor ceilings to allow us to blow in insulation for sound control.
